The Envirothon® is an environmental and natural resources conservation problem-solving, leadership experience and academic competition for secondary school (high school) students (grades 9-12 or ages 14-19) across the United States, Canada, China, and Singapore.
Two Decorah teams won the statewide competition in 2023 - Decorah Nerd Republic (1st place which earned them a trip to the international competition in Vancouver) and Skabush (4th place with a cash prize of $250).
